This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit louderclub.com.au (the "Website"), attend our events, or otherwise interact with us — including at Therapy, L3 Nightclubs, Crown Melbourne.
This policy is written to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our Website or attending our events, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.
1. What Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identity information — name, date of birth, and government-issued ID details (collected at the venue door for age and identity verification, as required for licensed premises).
Contact information — email address, phone number, and city/location.
Booking and event information — ticket purchases, table/VIP reservations, guest list entries, birthday or hens night offer claims, and event preferences.
Careers/application information — details submitted through our "Party & Earn" / careers form, including role applied for, portfolio links, and preferred collaboration dates.
Payment information — processed securely through our third-party ticketing and payment providers (see Section 4). We do not directly store full payment card details.
Technical and usage information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with the Website, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 3).
Marketing preferences — whether you've opted in to receive offers, ticket drops, or newsletter communications from us.
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions — running events, processing bookings, verifying age/identity for entry, and communicating with our community.

6. Overseas Disclosure
Some of the third-party service providers we use (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, or email marketing platforms) may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes secure storage of digital records and restricting access to personal information to staff who need it to perform their roles. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications (such as booking confirmations) related to an event you've already booked.
9. Access, Correction, and Complaints
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request correction if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12.

10. Children and Minors
Louder Saturdays events are strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18, except where age/ID information is collected at the door solely to verify that a person meets the venue's minimum age requirement.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
